At Botanic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product isn't the right fit for your skin, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all glass bottles are securely cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our botanists inspect the returned items at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
